The Opportunity
A leading fast-growing insurance intermediary is seeking an experienced Product Executive to join its product and partnerships team. This is a key commercial role focused on insurance product performance insurer relationships pricing competitiveness and data-driven growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders insurer partners and internal teams to ensure the business has best-in-market products and pricing while supporting strong conversion and retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of strong commercial relationships with insurer partners
- Assist in building business cases to improve product offering pricing and performance
- Set track and manage insurer KPIs aligned to business targets
- Produce regular performance packs and insights for insurer partners
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve quotability conversion and retention
- Act as a key liaison between underwriting teams and sales/contact centre functions
- Challenge insurer pricing and underwriting decisions using performance and market data
- Deliver cross-functional projects aligned to trading and growth objectives
- Support ad-hoc product and performance initiatives as required
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience working with personal lines insurance products
- Strong understanding of insurance P&Ls pricing and underwriting performance
- CIP qualified (or equivalent)
- Degree in economics mathematics statistics or a related discipline is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
