Job Summary

Account Executives at Klaviyo have the opportunity to make a huge impact on our prospects our companys trajectory and their own careers. We pride ourselves on being product experts who close deals the right way with the right customers and set them up for long-term an AE at Klaviyo you will run the full sales cycle from qualification through demo driving the buying process and closing while managing dozens of prospects simultaneously. The most successful AEs close over 70% of their opportunities forecast with accuracy and proactively manage and extract value from their territory over time.
How Youll Make an Impact
  • Build Klaviyos client base across the EMEA region.
  • Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
  • Support the success of your peers and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Apply AI fluency to streamline work reallocate saved time and reinvest into more meaningful high-impact areas.
  • Exhibit Klaviyos values of accountability and effort in everything you do.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new Account Executives.
  • Expand your skillset by contributing to adjacent projects over time.
Who You Are
  • Minimum2 years experience carrying a net-new revenue quotawith consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
  • Proven success selling toFounders Business Owners and Marketing leaderswithin theEcommerce Retail or Consumer Brandsspace.
  • Experience working in ahigh-velocity high-volume sales environment often with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects with excitement to dive in and learn quickly. Demonstrated curiosity to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows finding ways to make work smarter and more efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal).
  • Motivated ambitious and inspired by exceeding goals.
  • Resilient not afraid to hear no and able to turn setbacks into learning opportunities.
  • Stronggrowth mindsetwith a rigorous approach to self-improvement.
  • A collaborative teammate who is thoughtful engaging and energetic.
  • Skilled at influencing and building strong relationships.
  • Fully authorised to work in Ireland without restrictions.
