We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the execution of strategic priorities across a complex multi-regional organisation. This role partners closely with senior and executive leadership leading high-impact strategic projects and delivering clear insights that shape business direction.
Key duties
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by defining objectives scope and business cases
- Project manage strategic programmes including governance structures routines and reporting
- Lead steering committee and executive update meetings
- Track progress against strategic plans identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Conduct strategic research and analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions regions and external partners
- Prepare high-impact presentations and status reports for executive audiences
Key requirements
- Postgraduate qualification essential; MBA or Masters degree advantageous
- Minimum of five years experience in strategy management consulting or a related role
- Proven project management experience within complex organisations
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong analytical capability
- Experience working with senior and executive management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong presentation planning and organisational skills
- Solid business and financial acumen with a commercial mindset
- Confident self-driven and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
