We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Manager Student Mental Health to lead the design delivery and evaluation of mental health services that support our diverse student community.
The Role
Reporting to the Associate Director Student Support and Wellbeing the Manager Student Mental Health provides strategic and operational leadership for UOWs student mental health services. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering a continuum of proactive to reactive mental health supports aligned with UOWs strategic vision policies and legislative obligations.
This position plays a critical role in UOWs response to the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence particularly in the provision of therapeutic support counselling and responses to critical incidents including Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment (SASH).

You are an experienced mental health professional and leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about student wellbeing. You bring strong strategic capability sound clinical judgement and a collaborative leadership style.
