Job Summary

Robert Bosch (Australia) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Hardware Engineering Student to join our Cross Domain Computing Solutions department on a full-time basis for 15 months commencing March 2026.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Cross Domain Computing Solutions team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: 

  • Assisting electronic engineers in the design development testing and validation of new products
  • Contributing to the successful introduction of products/changes into production and assist the cross functional team to achieve the project goals
  • Cooperating with all project team members on all issues needed to ensure successful completion of projects on time in accordance with the project budget and to the expected quality level
  • Ensuring all development activities are performed in accordance with the companies procedures as well as relevant international standards

Qualifications :

To be considered for our Student Program you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree with at least 12 months of study remaining and have already completed at least 2 years of an Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering Undergraduate degree
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders including senior team members while also working effectively individually
  • Excellent attention to detail be able to prioritise multiple tasks work autonomously and work exceptionally well within a team prioritising both internal and customer demands
  • Self-driven and a genuine passion for excellence
  • Knowledge of the traditional hardware development cycle is desirable
  • Have a strong interest in innovation and open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning
