Job Summary
US Vyndamax Senior Marketing Manager
VYNDAMAX (tafamidis) is the first FDAapproved therapy proven to reduce cardiovascularrelated mortality and hospitalizations in patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTRCM) a progressive lifethreatening and often underdiagnosed disease. Even as the market has evolved with the entry of two new competitors VYNDAMAX continues to be the preferred firstline therapy maintaining strong leadership. The VYNDAMAX team is proactively adapting to an increasingly dynamic and competitive landscape executing strategic insightdriven branded messaging to protect the existing base while fueling category growth.
The Vyndamax Marketing Senior Manager will lead strategic insightdriven initiatives that elevate the patientjourney experience across digital social and inoffice channels. This role will guide consumer social and competitive strategy steward the branded social roadmap and oversee the development and execution of crosschannel programs. Leveraging consumer insights and performance analytics the Senior Manager will refine engagement strategies messaging creative and investment priorities. Success requires strong collaboration with brand partners and the CMO organization to deliver breakthrough integrated execution.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and advance the consumer social competitive and audiencedriven creative strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Channel Ownership: Own the branded social strategy engagement roadmap and tactical execution in partnership with the CMO Social Team.
- Program Ownership: Lead the development and implementation of branded digital social inoffice and pointofcare programs ensuring innovative highquality execution.
- Insights Analytics & Optimization: Generate actionable consumer insights to guide datadriven decisions and continuously refine engagement strategies creative messaging and investment priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with patient activation partners the Brand team and CMO organization to elevate capabilities deliver breakthrough creative and integrated execution.
- Compliance & Governance: Partner with Compliance Medical and Legal teams to ensure all content and programs meet Orange Guide and regulatory standards.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical managed care communications or strategic consulting roles
- Marketing experience required; consumer marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to navigate a complex rapidly evolving environment
- Proven success operating in a fastpaced highenergy setting while managing multiple priorities
- Strong business acumen and exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Advanced project-management skills with the ability to drive execution and navigate internal processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into impactful strategies and measurable inmarket results
- Strong collaboration and alignmentbuilding skills including effective listening stakeholder engagement and clear communication of scientific and commercial strategies to senior leadership

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124400.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
