Job Summary
As a Knowledge Base Agent you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for users. This includes creating user guides and quick tip guides to facilitate easy access to information.
Responsibilities
Manage ASK FORD content intake utilizing market inputs and benchmarking against other CRC HUBs.
Develop and maintain a large volume of articles for internal teams and the public ensuring adherence to Global Knowledge Base guidelines.
Process content requests by defined service-level agreements and communicate status updates to central coordination.
Update content to reflect changes in data or business needs ensuring accuracy functionality and relevance.
Collaborate with teams and translation agencies to provide high-quality accurate content on the ASK Ford sites.
Work with CRC teams to create content that enhances agent engagement and reduces case handling time.
Participate in strategic projects as needed as a Ford employee to streamline knowledge base processes
Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills:
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and networking abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel including the capability to create pivot tables and charts.
Become familiar with operational metrics and reporting.
Ability to work independently.
Proven track record of helping customers/clients achieve business targets.
Curiosity to test and implement new techologies (for example AI) in work processes for efficiency and waste elimination.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
Previous experience in Customer Management or translation coordination / project management is a plus
Languages:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
