We are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients : a dynamic internationally-oriented organization with a strong presence in Central Europe. As part of their continued growth they are looking to onboard a motivated Czech Service Desk Agent to join their multilingual support team in Budapest.
This is an exciting opportunity for both fresh graduates eager to launch their careers in IT support and experienced professionals looking for their next challenge. You will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking end users providing high-quality technical assistance in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for Czech and English-speaking users via phone email and chat
- Help users solve everyday technical issues step by step with full support from the team
- Log and track requests through an internal tool (training provided)
- Pass on more complex issues to senior colleagues when needed
- Follow up with users to make sure everything is running smoothly
- Learn and grow through ongoing coaching and an internal knowledge base
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Czech (written and spoken)
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above)
- Fresher or experienced candidates are equally welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
