About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team with endtoend hiring logistics interview coordination and recruitment project support.
You will in Talent Acquisition & People functions to support hiring activities and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment campaigns career fairs university hiring and employer branding events
Support employer branding initiatives including presentation materials visuals or social media content
Assist in creating simple graphics slides or recruitment materials (if designinclined)
Support recruitment logistics including interview scheduling candidate communications and coordination.
Other tasks related in TA function.
Preferred Qualifications:
Finalyear student or fresh graduate in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing Data Analytics or related fields
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Datadriven mindset; comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of data visualization tools or graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Power BI Tableau Figma Adobe) is a plus
