About The Company: DFK Malta in partnership with our client is hiring a Mid-level IT Solutions Consultant to join a leading technology solutions provider with offices in Malta and London specializing in software and digitization solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation.

Job Description: As a Mid-Level IT Solutions Consultant youll support multiple projects integrate technology with business strategies and take ownership of client solutions. Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects ensuring deliverables are completed successfully.
Deliver projects on time within scope and aligned with client business goals.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and guide clients through the change process.
Advise and support clients in optimizing business processes through innovative IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives department heads and end-users.
Serve as a trusted advisor balancing business requirements with technological solutions.
Conduct on-site client visits to facilitate meetings workshops and collaborative sessions.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of previous software development experience.
Fluency in Maltese and English with access to own transport.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP PMP or ITIL are highly desirable.
Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field is considered an asset.
Experience dealing with clients and stakeholders is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience installing and maintaining SQL databases.
