This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-exposure cases with no billable hour requirements and no case origination pressure.
We are expanding our litigation team and are looking to hire 8 Senior Litigation Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-value high-exposure personal injury litigation cases
- Draft and review pleadings motions discovery and legal memoranda
- Prepare for and attend depositions mediations hearings and court proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients and guide them through each stage of litigation
- Work closely with experts including preparation of expert reports and affidavits
- Collaborate with a strong in-office litigation team and support staff
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (required)
- Experience in personal injury or civil litigation
- Strong deposition and writing skills
- Willing to work minimum 50 hours per week
- Highly motivated driven and resilient mindset
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Team-oriented and eager to grow professionally
Trial experience is a plus but not required training and mentorship provided
