Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area providing high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails responding to inquiries and providing information about our services

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating property showings

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support as needed

- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Real estate industry experience is a plus
