Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or live chat

• Troubleshoot product or service-related issues and provide solutions

• Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets including response time and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months customer support experience (remote experience a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Comfortable with technology and using CRM software (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk)

• Friendly professional and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
