Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide information to clients regarding real estate services offered
- Assist clients with property inquiries appointments and any questions they may have
- Process real estate transactions and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote real estate services and generate leads
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and databases
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or real estate industry
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $80000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $110000 per year
