We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Lead Product Designer you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product design and development for our resume and career services. You will work closely with our product team marketing team and clients to create innovative and user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the product design process from concept to launch ensuring that all designs are user-friendly visually appealing and aligned with our brand standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements conduct user research and define product features and functionality - Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders - Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine product designs - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design and incorporate them into our products - Mentor and guide junior designers to help them develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team - Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently - Communicate design decisions and updates to stakeholders and gather feedback to make necessary revisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets and graphics for marketing campaigns and materials Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Product Design or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch and InVision - Experience with user research wireframing prototyping and user testing - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in the career services or resume industry is a plus If you are a creative and driven individual with a passion for designing user-friendly products we would love to have you on our team.
