Job Description:
You will lead the entire financial engine of a high-growth fintech platform that bridges B2B lending and consumer rewards. This hands-on role involves owning the master financial model managing a complex loan book and overseeing day-to-day operations like payroll and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to scale the business and ensure long-term financial health.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain the master financial model to forecast runway revenue and liquidity across B2B and B2C lines.

• Manage the end-to-end loan book operations including drawdowns fund flows and compliance reporting for debt providers.

• Lead all core finance functions including month-end close statutory accounts tax filings and payroll management.

The ideal candidate:

• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant likely trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm in Audit or Transaction Services.

• Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to build complex three-statement models from scratch in Excel.

• Analytical mindset with high integrity capable of balancing strategic board-level presentations with hands-on operational tasks.
