Founding GTM Operator

Job Description:
As an early GTM hire at this high-growth AI startup you will build the B2B partnership engine from scratch. You will own the strategy for turning VC relationships into scalable customer acquisition channels designing in-person event playbooks and creating high-impact content to establish the company as the default infrastructure for the future labor market.

What you will do:

Manage the end-to-end VC partnership motion converting relationships into warm portfolio access and qualified introductions.

Build a repeatable GTM playbook including partner enablement tools content strategy and systematic metric tracking.

The ideal candidate:

High-agency operator with experience working alongside VC platform or talent teams to drive portfolio value.
Exceptional public speaker and writer who can command a room of founders and produce crisp persuasive content.
Commercial thinker who thrives in high-autonomy environments and prioritizes measurable revenue outcomes over vanity metrics.
