Role Overview

Review and moderate user-generated content related to hate abuse and sensitive topics
Apply internal policies and guidelines accurately and consistently
Make fair objective decisions while considering cultural and regional context
Escalate complex cases when required
Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment

Requirements

Croatian (HR): Fluent / native level
English (UK): Strong working proficiency
High attention to detail and good judgment
Ability to work with sensitive or disturbing content
Cultural awareness and emotional resilience
Comfortable working fully on-site
