Job Summary

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for Ukrainian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote project based in Portugal with an immediate start. This role is ideal for candidates who are already living in Portugal and are looking for a stable long-term remote opportunity within an international company. You will be responsible for supporting customers via chat email and phone depending on the project while ensuring accuracy empathy and a high level of service quality. Your daily tasks will include handling incoming customer requests identifying and resolving issues documenting interactions in internal systems and escalating complex cases when required. You will work independently from home while remaining closely connected to your team and team leader. We are looking for candidates with native or fluent Ukrainian a good level of English (B2 or higher) strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a remote environment. Previous experience in customer support call centers or service roles is an advantage but not mandatory. The position includes paid training continuous coaching performance monitoring and real opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time remote role with an ASAP start so availability and reliability are essential.
