Digital Marketing Optimizations Specialist German Lisbon (Hybrid)

Paid in 3 installments:

After successful completion of training

After 90 days in the role

Requirements
-
German: Fluent / native level
-
English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)
-
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

Experience with Ads tools Digital Marketing Market Research or Data Analysis
-
Strong analytical mindset and optimization skills
-
EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
Role Overview

Optimize and improve performance of digital marketing campaigns
-
Work hands-on with Google Ads to drive results
-
Analyze data and provide actionable optimization insights

Support advertisers with campaign strategy and performance improvements

Collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid work model
Relocation & Support Package
For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:

Bureaucratic support (NIF & NISS)

2500 gross relocation bonus (paid with the first payroll cycle)
For candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km from Lisbon):
