Your New Role:
Contribute to the implementation of strategies to attract and retain high-value corporate clients to meet or exceed annual financial targets set.
Establish and develop relationships and promote company image with key clients and corporate clients.
Develop new business and new relationships with corporate clients to achieve agreed sales targets.
Review existing portfolios and recommend strategies for increased growth.
Provide senior technical and specialist product expertise to corporate clients on the range of products offered.
Review service and performance standards against expectations with corporate clients.
Gather market intelligence on competitors and competitor products.
Learn about new products and understand commission structures for each product to enhance the relationships with clients.
Participate in all relevant meetings to share and develop strategy knowledge and best practice.
Contribute to the development and implementation of channel strategic plans.
About You
Moderate experience in an insurance sales role
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
