Our client an innovative software development startup based in San Francisco is seeking an Event / Marketing Coordinator to help bring world-class experiences to life. The Role: Event / Marketing Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)
The City: San Francisco CA (onsite during onboarding; will transition to hybrid)
The Industry: Tech Startup / Software Development
The Money: $32$37/hour DOE
The Ideal Candidate: High-energy Organized Detail-driven Proactive Hands-on
The Day-to-Day
- Help oversee and maintain a dynamic events calendar ensuring timelines milestones and deliverables are always on track
- Manage and coordinate vendor relationships (catering rentals A/V venues swag etc.) including quotes communication and on-site execution
- Support end-to-end event operations including invitations registration lists attendee tracking and day-of logistics
- Partner with marketing to support event promotion branded materials and post-event follow-up / recap content
- Serve as a boots on the ground resource assisting with set-up run-of-show execution guest experience and breakdown
