Compensation Schedule & Incentives

  • Pay Range: $20.00 $23.00/per hour based on experience and education
  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

  • $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

  • $2/hour for weekend shifts
  • $5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm or Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm

  • A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
  • Reliable transportation
  • BA/BS Required

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist youll do more than provide care youll empower children and teens to grow learn and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • 1:1 Client Support Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy Down Syndrome ADHD OCD and more).
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills reduce challenging behaviors and improve quality of life.
  • Provide Consistent Therapy Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track Progress Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Foster Learning and Growth Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate as a Team Work closely with supervisors families and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards Follow HIPAA mandated reporting and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
