Compensation Schedule & Incentives

Pay Range: $20.00 $23.00/per hour based on experience and education
Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

$300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
$600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

$2/hour for weekend shifts
$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm or Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm

A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist youll do more than provide care youll empower children and teens to grow learn and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

1:1 Client Support Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy Down Syndrome ADHD OCD and more).
Implement ABA Treatment Plans Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills reduce challenging behaviors and improve quality of life.
Provide Consistent Therapy Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
Track Progress Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
Foster Learning and Growth Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
Collaborate as a Team Work closely with supervisors families and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Maintain Professional Standards Follow HIPAA mandated reporting and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
