Bank Support Worker
Job Title: Bank Support Worker
Location: Worthing (BN13)
Salary: Up to 13.55 per hour
Working Hour: Flexible / Ad-hoc shifts (Bank work)
Hourly Rate: Up to 13.55 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: As required (service dependent)

Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma Behavioural & Emotional Difficulties
Qualifications Required: None essential full training provided
Experience in Years Required: 0 years (experience desirable but not essential)

Number of Beds: Small residential childrens homes
Location: Worthing (BN13)
Type of YPs: EBD SEMH Trauma Behavioural & Emotional Needs
Ofsted Rating: Good / Outstanding (Ofsted Registered Childrens Homes)
Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio
Who we are looking for
Aged 22 (to meet Ofsted regulations)
Caring resilient and emotionally intelligent individuals
Able to build consistent positive relationships with young people
Calm organised and confident in challenging situations
Holds a Full UK manual driving licence
Available for flexible bank-based work
No previous experience required full induction provided including:
2 weeks classroom-based training
1 week of supported shadow shifts
