Role: Junior IT Support Analyst - Boots Digital Health
Contract: Permanent

About the team:
Boots Online Doctor is a healthcare platform that connects patients with qualified medical professionals and is a growing business.
We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our IT Support Team reporting into the IT Service Delivery Lead this role provides first touch IT support to the Boots Online Doctor Team.
You will have responsibility for managing 1st and 2nd line technical issues providing support to end users and escalating more complex issues. Youll manage new join inductions completing new laptop and account set up replacing devices as part of a laptop refresh schedule and processing leaver requests.
As a Business we use Apple devices and our core Applications are Okta Authentication Jamf for device management Atlassian and Google Suite. We will be deploying and managing Windows devices using the same core applications as our Apple devices managed by Intune MDM.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing support for 1st and 2nd line technical issues.
- Managing our IT Support channel and incidents raised.
- Guiding end-users through to a solution remotely where required.
- Supporting with new laptop builds account creation and inductions.
- Supporting with laptop device refresh and leavers offboarding.
What youll need to have (our must-haves):
- Experience working in an IT environment and good technical troubleshooting skills.
- Previous Helpdesk experience will be vital.
- Strong ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical individuals and support with solutions.
- Youll need to be resilient and want to support others within the team.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an affinity to help others in times of need regarding IT requirements.
- Want to develop learn and grow within the team.
- Youll be able to document issues as well as resolutions.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with Apple or windows devices and any of our core applications (Okta Authentication Jamf for device management Atlassian Google Suite) - training will be provided.
- As the Boots Digital Health Limited team are based across Nottingham and Islington Offices there will be an occasional (once a month) requirement to travel to the London Office.
