Job Description
The Trainer will be responsible for in-office and remote training of our CAD/CAM equipment portfolio.
Main Responsabilities
- Follow protocols and checklists for in office training of various CAD/CAM equipment.
- Work in conjunction with our service department to ensure that all pre-installation requirements are met.
- Liaise with the dental practice to coordinate training communicate training schedule and requirements educate the office on the technology and assist with e-learning and/or hands-on training providing feedback and coaching.
- Proper administration of online support instruction and follow up.
- Assist in the development of internal training programs to continuously educate sales service and training staff on new developments.
- Provide feedback to management team on any issues or portfolio suggestions that arise.
- Communicate openly and honestly and provide ideas for optimization and an improved training and integration experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with market participants such as Manufacturers.
- Adhere to all Canadian Privacy laws and standards.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have 5 years Dental experience either laboratory or clinic
- Active CDT/CDA/RDH license is an asset.
- Previous experience in technical support ispreferable. Generally you have a natural aptitude for new technologiesand trends of digital dentistry.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and can operate under pressure & deadlines in a busy environment.
- You are a strong communicator with high attentionto details and have the ability to make even complex topics sound simple. You are positive with a constructive and highly service minded attitude.
- Strong knowledge and expertise of the Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Strong background in dental technology an asset.
- Candidates must have a valid drivers license.
- This position is required to travel up to 40%
- Due to the scope of responsibilities and/or the organizational structure this position requires advanced language skills in both French and English (Bilingual).

- Respecter toutes les lois et normes canadiennes en matière de protection des renseignements personnels.

Qualifications
- Doit avoir 5 ans et plus dexpérience en dentisterie en laboratoire ou en clinique
- Un permis actif de TCD/ACD/HD est un atout.
- Une expérience antérieure en soutien technique est préférable. Généralement vous avez une aptitude naturelle pour les nouvelles technologies et les tendances de lodontologie numérique.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication tant écrite que verbale.
- Capable de travailler de façon autonome et de fonctionner sous pression et dans le respect des échéances dans un environnement achalandé.
- Vous êtes un excellent communicateur avec un souci du détail et la capacité de rendre les sujets complexes simples à comprendre. Vous êtes positif avec une attitude constructive et très axée sur le service.
- Solides connaissances et expertise des logiciels Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook et PowerPoint).
- Solide expérience en technologie dentaire un atout.
