Position Details
Role: Full-Time General Dentist
Schedule: MondayThursday 9 AM5 PM
Workweek: 4 days
Compensation
- Starting at $850/day
- Competitive earning structure aligned with experience and clinical capability
- 100% practice paid lab fees
Practice Snapshot
- General Dentists: 2 FT 1 PT
- Hygienists: 2
- Dental Assistants: 5
- Operatories: 14
- Payer Mix: Medicaid & PPO
- Average New Patients: 70/month
- Average Production per Doctor: $3000$5000/day
- Collection Rate: 90%

Clinical Opportunities
No in-house specialists giving you the opportunity to perform advanced procedures such as:
- Surgical extractions
- RCTs including molars
Preferred Candidate
- 2 years of experience
- Strong skills in surgical extractions or root canal therapy (molar preferred)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
- Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
