About the role
selectability is seeking an experienced administration officer - intake all-rounder to be part of our team. As an administration officer - intake you will assist to provide high quality service to our team. As our administration officer - intake you will be required to complete a broad range of administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- performing administrative tasks whilst demonstrating good organisational skills flexibility and problem solving
- monitoring the shared inbox daily responding promptly and professionally to referrals enquiries and internal communications
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather required onboarding documentation and complete risk checks with an understanding of risk identification and mitigation
- coordinating and scheduling intake appointments including setting dates and times preparing relevant documentation and attending intake meetings as required
- communicating directly with recipients and key stakeholders throughout the intake and onboarding process to ensure timely accurate information exchange
- completing all intake documentation
- managing TRACCS onboarding and compliance requirements for recipients
- uploading Wellbeing Stars updating Excel registers and ensuring all records are accurately maintained
- effective prioritisation of own workload to complete allocated tasks within designated timeframes
- basic data entry and effective record keeping
- receiving and responding to a high volume of phone calls
- communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
About you

Role requirements
- certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification (highly desirable)
- demonstrated experience in an administrative role
- critical knowledge of TRACCS onboarding workflows and stakeholder processes
- a current minimum P1 C class Queensland drivers licence
- a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality Safety & You
About the offer
This is a permanent full timeposition based in Townsville.
