Were seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to lead our relationships with national and regional homebuilders and thirdparty solar finance partners. This is a highvisibility highimpact role responsible for expanding our footprint in the rapidly growing newhomes solar and storage market. You will own some of the companys most valuable accounts and drive longterm strategic growth through deep partnership operational excellence and multiyear contract execution.
This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with an established network across the top U.S. homebuilders and solar finance ecosystemsomeone who thrives in a fastmoving environment and knows how to influence at the executive level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Growth
- Own endtoend relationships with national and regional homebuilders and thirdparty finance owners.
- Grow revenue market share and product adoption across assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute multiyear account strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify expansion opportunities across solar storage and emerging homeenergy technologies.
Sales Execution
- Lead complex multistakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
- Negotiate and close multiyear strategic agreements with highvalue partners.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting to senior leadership.
- Track performance against quarterly and annual targets adjusting strategies as needed.
CrossFunctional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Product Management Engineering Operations and Service to ensure customer success and product alignment.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally influencing product roadmaps and operational priorities.
- Partner with marketing to develop targeted programs and builderfocused campaigns.
Market & Relationship Development
- Leverage existing relationships with major homebuilders and finance partners to accelerate growth.
- Represent the company at industry events builder councils and strategic partner meetings.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy and positioning.

Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in strategic sales account management or business developmentpreferably in solar energy storage homebuilding or related cleanenergy sectors.
- Proven track record of success across multiple roles and companies with measurable results in revenue growth and strategic account expansion.
- Existing relationships with top U.S. homebuilders and/or thirdparty solar finance providers strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate multiyear agreements.
- Strong forecasting pipeline management and CRM discipline.
- Exceptional communication executivelevel presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence without authority.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
