The Role
Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders you will provide first-line and second-line IT support ensuring systems hardware and software operate efficiently across the school. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues maintaining IT equipment supporting classroom technology and assisting with system upgrades and maintenance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong problem-solving skills excellent communication and a proactive approach to IT support in an education setting.

Experience & Requirements
Previous experience as an IT Technician IT Support Officer or similar role

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
