Our client is seeking a friendly and professional School Receptionist to become a valued member of a welcoming West London school. This is a busy front-facing role ideal for an organised individual who enjoys working in a school setting and creating a warm positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for parents visitors and external professionals
Managing incoming calls emails and visitor sign-in procedures
Supporting safeguarding procedures including visitor checks and ID protocols
Providing administrative support to the school office and senior staff
Supporting day-to-day school operations in a calm and professional manner
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in a school-based reception or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities with close attention to detail
Confidence using office systems and IT including email databases and Microsoft Office
A calm and professional approach particularly in a busy school environment
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required (or willingness to obtain one).
