Mission

Drive end-to-end digital transformation on Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud) by building scalable secure high-impact solutions. Youll partner with Product Architecture and DevOps to modernize legacy systems orchestrate integrations and accelerate time-to-value.

Responsibilities

Design & implement Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows Triggers and Batch/Async following best practices.
Model data sharing/security (OWD Roles Permission Sets) and metadata governance.
Integrate with core systems via REST/SOAP Platform Events MuleSoft/ESB and/or AWS/Azure (per project).
Contribute to discovery and technical design (HLD/LLD) estimates and definition of NFRs (performance security availability).
Ensure quality: code reviews unit tests (Apex coverage 75%) integration tests observability (logs tracing).
Operate CI/CD (SFDX Git packaging DevOps Center) and environments (sandboxes release management).
Collaborate with UX/Product to deliver consistent Lightning experiences (Design System web performance).
Document runbooks architectural decisions and post-go-live operations (hypercare).

Must-have Requirements

58 years building solutions on Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience).
Strong hands-on with Apex LWC SOQL/SOSL Flows async patterns and integration patterns.
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) auth (OAuth2/JWT) Platform Events and error handling.
Proven CI/CD with SFDX/Git quality gates and multi-sandbox release management.
Solid security/sharing design (OWD profiles/perm sets; Shield is a plus) and governance.
Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) Jira/Confluence and confident stakeholder communication (tech/functional).

Nice to Have

Certifications: Platform Developer I/II Admin Application/System Architect Integration Architect.
MuleSoft Data Cloud (CDP) Einstein/AI OmniStudio.
Legacy modernization data migration (ETL Data Loader Bulk APIs).
Quality & observability: PMD advanced Apex testing static code analysis.
Experience in regulated industries (financial services insurance healthcare).
