Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Developer to lead the design and evolution of key internal applications. This role combines handson development with technical leadershipensuring best practices architectural consistency and highquality delivery across the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Design develop test and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
- Apply software engineering principles to ensure scalability maintainability and performance.
- Integrate software components into complete functional systems.
- Conduct quality assurance through verification plans testing and debugging.
- Provide postimplementation support troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Maintain and update technical specifications documentation and system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with project plans internal standards and industry best practices.
- Mentor and train team members or endusers when required.
Requisitos
Qualifications :
7 years of experience in software development including experience in senior or technical leadership functions.
Deep expertise in C# WebAPI and relational data models.
Strong command of JavaScript and frontend frameworks.
Advanced experience with SQL Server performance optimization and database design.
Experience defining and integrating technical solutions end-to-end.
Familiarity with Azure and CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps.
Ability to mentor developers lead discussions and drive technical decisions.
Lead and manage software development projects including coordination of technical develop test and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
