Tasks
Head of Product will be a cultural leader responsible for defining owning and executing the companys product vision strategy and roadmap to support long-term business growth and customer success at greenteg AG / CORE. This role ensures strong alignment between market needs business objectives and product development while leading cross-functional collaboration and fostering a culture of innovation quality and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Define and own product vision and strategy ensuring alignment with corporate goals customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure resourcing and targets are well-aligned and proactively identify needs to make decisions or limit scope to ensure success.
- Develop maintain and prioritize the product roadmap balance customer value technical feasibility regulatory requirements and business impact.
- Build lead and mentor the product management team.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D engineering marketing sales quality and operations to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct market customer and competitive analysis to identify opportunities risks and differentiation translating insights into product initiatives.
- Establish monitor and report product KPIs to senior management enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee product lifecycle management including ideation development launch optimization and end-of-life decisions.
- Ensure compliance and best practices across product-related processes.
Requirements
- 7 years of relevant work experience in product marketing with in-depth experience launching new products and verticals.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Life Sciences or a related field.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Product lifecycle and agile expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages: English C1 additional languages are an asset.
- Experience in Sports Tech would be an advantage.
- Willingness to work across time zones including US East Coast.
- Valid work permit for Switzerland or Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship.
