Hybrid (2 days a week )/ Surrey / Berkshire
Base salary to 50k
OTE double (Year 2 100k )
Were hiring a new business Account Manager to join a fast-growing cybersecurity
This role is for someone whos already proven themselves in B2B sales and is comfortable owning the full sales cycle. Youll sell cybersecurity solutions work with senior IT and security stakeholders and be supported by SDRs pre-sales and strong vendor partnerships.
You are comfortable working to build your account base and you will have owned a target.
What youll be doing
- Owning new business opportunities end to end from discovery to close
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline through inbound SDR and outbound activity
- Selling consultatively to customers with multiple stakeholders
- Positioning solutions around risk outcomes and business impact
- Forecasting accurately and keeping CRM activity up to date
What were looking for
- Experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role (cybersecurity / IT / tech preferred)
- Background in SDR or business development with progression into closing
- Confidence selling complex consultative solutions
- Strong discovery communication and commercial skills
