We are looking for you
You will be responsible for
AsSales & Investment Manageryoullbe responsible foridentifyingand closing financing deals with SMEs across Europe. With your strategic mindset and relationship-building skillsyoullfoster partnerships with businessesand financial advisors. From due diligence to negotiationyoulloversee the entire financing lifecycle ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and investors.
You willbe responsible for
- Market Development:Build andmaintaina robust pipeline of SME financing opportunities in the Netherlands and across Europe.
- Project Leadership:Guide financing projects through due diligence risk analysis and deal structuring to successful execution.
- Client Engagement:Act as a trusted advisor to SMEs helping them pitch their projects effectively and navigate the financing process.
- Strategic Contribution:Shape the development of our SME debt business bringing innovative ideas to drive market expansion and impact.

To be successful in this role you will need
- Experience:at least 4yearsas commercial managerin SME finance private debt or related fields with a proventrack recordof structuring dealsanda strongcommercialresponsibility.
- Skills:Exceptionalanalyticalandentrepreneurialmindsetwithstrongnegotiationandcommunicationabilities.
- Knowledge: Deepunderstandingofcreditanalysisfinancialmodeling and SMEmarketdynamics.
- Languages:FluencyinDutchand English; Germanisa plus.
- Mindset:Proactivesolution-oriented andcomfortableworkingin a fast-pacedinternationalenvironment.
