What Youll Do:
Provide operational and clinical leadership for a program ensuring exceptional personcentered care and full compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee daily program operations staffing and budget management
Provide supervision mentorship and professional development to staff
Ensure program fidelity and compliance with funding sources state requirements and agency policies
Serve as a point of contact for families stakeholders and community partners
Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve outcomes
What You Bring:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology or related field preferred but not required
Essential: Valid drivers license (3 years if under age 21) and reliable transportation
Understanding: Commitment to inclusion and supporting individuals in full community participation
Skills: Clear communication basic computer proficiency teamwork and professionalism
Bonus: Fluency in English; multilingual ability a plus
