Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced person to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

. AI Development & Integration:

o Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI or Mistral.

o Implement AI-driven features within our ecosystem.

o Optimize API calls and manage interactions with LLMs.


. Backend & API Development:


o Design and develop APIs for AI-driven functionalities.


o Ensure efficient data exchange between AI models and business applications.


o Implement best practices for scalability and security.


. Collaboration & Deployment:


o Work with Ops to deploy AI models into production.


o Collaborate with business analysts to understand AI use cases and technical feasibility.


o Optimize model inference performance in cloud-based environments.


. Code Quality & Performance:


o Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.


o Implement unit and integration tests for AI-powered functionalities.


o Optimize services for performance and scalability.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Programming :


. Strong experience in Python Front end technologies


. Good understanding of RESTful APIs.


. Experience with Python for AI model interaction (preferred but not mandatory).





AI & Machine Learning:


. Familiarity with GPT models embeddings etc.


. Understanding of LLMs NLP and AI-driven application development.





Cloud & DevOps:


. Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure AI SDKs.


. Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes) for AI application deployment.


. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for AI-based services or applications.





Soft Skills:


. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


. Ability to work in a cross-functional AI squad (PM Developer Ops).


. Clear communication skills and ability to translate AI concepts into actionable tasks.


Technical & Behavioral Competencies





Education & Certifications:


. Masters in Computer Science AI or related field.





Experience


. Master Degree in Computer science or Data Science


. 3 years in development with a focus on backend services.


. Previous experience in AI-powered application development.


. Experience in DevOps (CI/CD pipeline) (preferred but not mandatory).


. Experience on containerization
