Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with hands-on exposure to residential high-rise construction projects. The role focuses on site execution quality control and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution for residential high-rise buildings.
- Monitor RCC works including shuttering reinforcement and concreting
- Oversee finishing works such as masonry plastering tiling painting and waterproofing
- Coordinate with contractors supervisors and vendors on site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and quality standards
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) material usage and manpower details
Requirements
- 38 years of relevant experience in residential projects
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC and finishing works
- Ability to understand structural and architectural drawings
- Familiarity with site quality checks and safety norms
