The Role
Are you looking to grow your career in a fast-paced vibrant People team An opportunity has become available for a strong Administrator to support our People team executives providing administration support across the team and employee life cycle. This role will be based at Head Office NSW -St Leonards Sydney.
Reporting to the GM People Operations however providing administration support equally to GM People Commercial and GM People Corporate this role offers a fantastic opportunity for those aspiring to a fulfilling career in HR. You will gain valuable insights into how this function works within a national organisation.
Key Accountabilities
Proactively manage complex diaries/calendars for three GMs
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements including itineraries bookings and travel documentation
Prepare submit and track expense claims ensuring compliance with company policy
Provide administrative support including meeting preparation minute-taking and follow-up on action items
Proactively manage and coordinate the preparation of reports including gathering data formatting documents and ensuring timely distribution
Coding and processing invoices for payment
Support the GMs in preparing presentations and briefing materials as needed
Updating and maintaining SharePoint and intranet sites related to the People team
Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior leaders
About You

You are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy is innovative and possess a natural ability for creative problem solving in order to manage in a fast paced environment.
Key Skills and Experience
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving capability curiosity and capacity to innovate
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and source information
Personal resilience adaptability and a positive solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in an administration customer service or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office applications
