Job Summary
OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE DESCRIPTION
TL;DR You love being hands on in a team environment.
The Operations Specialist position facilitates several operational processes within the business ranging from evaluating incoming devices based on functionality and condition warehouse logistics to inventory management.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for keeping the daily warehouse and office operations of the business running smoothly and will be working to achieve clearly defined goals and metrics on a weekly basis.
What Experience Is Needed
There is no prior experience required for this role!
We are looking for 3 full-time team members to join our team.
You Should Be Able to..
- Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems (well teach you the ones you need to know!).
- Work with others in a collaborative environment encouraging others and demonstrating the desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and ability to stand for 8 hours a day. While it doesnt happen every day - there are some days where this may be required.

Competitive Pay: Starting pay is $18 an hour
Paid Time Off: 15 days of paid vacation yearly with an another day of PTO added yearly. Example: After your first year at RECOM you will be at 16 days yearly. These days are IN ADDITION to our 8 paid company holidays.
Flexible scheduling: This role requires you to work Monday - Friday but we work with you to give you hours that work with your schedule.
Paid Breaks: 30 minute paid breaks daily.
Casual Dress: Wear whatever youre comfortable in!
