Annual Pay: Approximately $52000 $62400

About the Position
Inland Lactation & Inland Maternity Center is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Community Coordinator to support the daily operations and growth of our clinic.
This is a non-clinical role focused on operations coordination and community outreach. The position plays an important role behind the scenes helping the clinic run smoothly while strengthening our presence in the local parenting community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization improving systems coordinating projects and supporting a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
Monitor provider schedules and appointment flow
Track appointment volume and basic revenue trends
Support inventory management and clinic supply ordering
Coordinate with warehouse team when needed
Help track outstanding patient balances and assist with billing communication
Assist with payroll coordination and financial organization tasks
Identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiency
Manage the clinics social media presence
Support outreach to local healthcare providers and community organizations
Maintain referral relationships within the birth and parenting community
Help organize community events such as classes workshops and mom walks
Support leadership with scheduling and communication
Help organize projects priorities and timelines
Coordinate communication between team members when needed
Prepare information and materials for meetings or planning discussions
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Calm under pressure and able to problem solve independently
Proactive and able to anticipate needs
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
Social media savvy and comfortable engaging with community groups
Passionate about supporting mothers babies and families
Preferred experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued:
Operations or administrative coordination
Healthcare offices or wellness clinics
Nonprofit or community programs
Hospitality or service environments
Event coordination or social media management
Education
Bachelors degree preferred but not required. Relevant work experience is equally valued.
