Warehouse Delivery Driver-CDL Required

** Active CDL in good standing with no disqualifying restrictions required **

** Previous roofing experience a big plus! **

** Same day travel out of state will be required **

Warehouse Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Pick up materials from storage or material houses and double-check said materials and deliver them to the job site.
• Return any unused materials back to the supplier.
• Upload paperwork in corresponding jobs to reflect pick up/return.
• Retrieves materials from job sites as needed
• Operates material handling equipment as needed
• Cleans and maintains stock areas
• Maintain tools and equipment in a working condition
• Works with the company fleet manager to help maintain vehicles
• Helps maintain accurate material inventory
• Driver will deliver building materials at residential and commercial locations
• Perform pre and post DOT truck inspection
• Properly secure load on truck / trailer
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness of truck
• Safely operate assigned equipment: i.e. crane conveyor tractor trailer forklift piggyback Moffett experience a plus
• Report any unsafe job site or injury immediately to supervisor
• Job site supervision of material handler on rooftop as needed
• Strong customer service skills
• All other duties assigned

• Employment in this role is contingent upon maintaining a valid CDL and meeting all applicable federal and state driving requirements.
• 21 years of age is required
• Ability to operate various equipment such as simple hand tools
• Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Frequent lifting from 50 lbs.
• Access and mobility in tight spaces
• Working at Heights over 5 feet often
• Sustained periods of standing sitting walking bending and kneeling
• Hardworking with a do-what-it-takes attitude (negative attitudes need not apply!)
• Great attitude and high level of energy
• Work a flexible schedule
