The HSB Program Manager assumes responsibility for a variety of programs and special projects under the direction of the Dean of the Hammack School of Business.
Duties and Responsibilities: Managing details of projects and initiatives in coordination with the Dean of the Hammack School. The program managers focus will include but not be limited to projects supporting student engagement and program development including events lectures case competitions student business organizations executive-in-residence programs and career-focused events. The HSB Program Manager will provide administrative support to the Dean and perform other duties as assigned.
-Bachelors degree OR equivalent combination of education experience and training.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Adobe etc.)
-Familiar with data gathering into MS Excel and other analytical tools to develop and analyze data in support of projects and initiatives.
-Ability to work with a variety of professionals including University faculty and staff with a high degree of professionalism.
-Ability to work with confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
-Ability to manage the details of multiple significant projects events and initiatives at once.
-Strong attention to detail.
