What Youll Be Doing:

As a Sales Executive you are the primary relationship manager and trusted partner for our third party network. Youll play a key role in growing production educating partners and driving successful loan outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers correspondents owners and loan officers within your assigned territory
  • Prospecting and onboarding new broker and correspondent partners while expanding existing accounts
  • Training broker partners on loan programs guidelines pricing and the latest technology tools
  • Serving as a subject-matter expert on products underwriting requirements and market trends
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (operations underwriting secondary) to ensure smooth efficient transactions
  • Actively growing your pipeline and book of business through strategic account planning and outreach
  • Providing responsive solution-oriented support to help broker close more loans and grow their businesses
