Schedule & Shift Details
Shift: Night Shift
Days: Sunday Monday Tuesday
Hours: 7:30 PM 8:00 AM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours (3 12-hour shifts)
Weekend Requirement: Every Sunday
Holiday Requirement: 1 holiday during the assignment
On-Call: Not required
Floating: Not required
Compensation
Gross Weekly Pay: $2796/week
W2 Rate: $34/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1624/week
Local Pay: $65$69/hour
Job Overview
A healthcare system is seeking an experienced CT Scan Technologist for a night-shift contract assignment. This role requires strong independent practice skills in a high-acuity environment including trauma and stroke care while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation safety practices
Review images for quality accuracy and completeness
Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication throughout procedures
Work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting
Maintain accurate documentation and image records using PACS
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of recent CT Technologist experience
Prior experience in a Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
Strong understanding of anatomy physiology and CT imaging techniques
Proficiency with CT equipment software and PACS systems
Excellent patient care communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
