Job Summary
Job Title: X-Ray Technologist

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day (4x10-Hour Shifts)
Hours: 11:00 AM 9:30 PM
Orientation: 16 Hours
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist with strong experience in emergency and trauma settings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing general diagnostic imaging including pediatric and neonatal cases in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general X-ray imaging including emergency department (ED) exams trauma cases and reductions
Conduct pediatric and neonatal imaging procedures including NICU cases
Complete portable X-rays in various units and patient floors
Operate and maintain imaging equipment efficiently and safely
Ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to patient safety protocols
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses
Maintain proper documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Level 1 Trauma settings
Experience working with NICU/Neonatal patients
Strong knowledge of general radiography procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-acuity environment

Shimadzu Rad-Speed
Shimadzu Mobile Art MX8
AGFA DXD 100
Orthoscan Mini C-Arm
Certifications & Licensure:
ARRT Certification (required)
Active Ohio State Radiologic Technologist License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Additional Requirements:
Must be available for holiday coverage
Call duties may be required for local candidates
COVID-19 Vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)

No block scheduling
Fast-paced emergency and inpatient care environment
