Service Users: YPs aged 718 Complex Needs Trauma EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (preferred but not essential)
Experience in Years Required: Previous experience in residential childcare preferred but not essential

Who we are looking for
We are looking for reliable compassionate Waking Night Support Workers who can work independently manage risk and support young people overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with young people families and external agencies
Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
Supporting young peoples emotional wellbeing and daily activities
Maintaining accurate records
Working independently and using initiative during night shifts
Shift Pattern: 22:30 08:00 (4 nights on / 4 nights off rotation)

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent
You only have HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
