The successful candidate will be responsible to involve all functions to create a successful value proposition focusing on execution in an integrated ITO/OTR approach and mindset where project management/planning and cost management are the core of the job.
The Field services - Customer Application Engineer will be technical leader of field service proposals having as key deliverables schedules and estimates of Field installation & maintenances activities. This will be done through a range of activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Sourcing for manpower/craft quotes on Turnkey field installations ensuring technical alignment and consistent cost budget
- Verifying site experiences in previous projects organizing and maintaining the database of standard field service models (lessons learned actual vs forecast analysis)
- Verifying Customer tenders Request for Quote requirements and CTQs
- Defining the overall scopeofsupply picture for complex upgrade bids verifying internal capabilities and applying them to the maximum possible extent
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Former Field Engineer experience as mechanical specialist in Installation/Upgrade project
- Plant Engineering qualification and/or experience
- Project Planning & Cost Budgeting capabilities
- Enhanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical & interpersonal skills team player attitude
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge of Primavera planning tool

- Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize and manage time
