Italian Customer Experience Specialist Remote / Greece

Location: Remote from anywhere in Greece (relocation and residence in Greece are mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipments and delivery inquiries
Support billing invoices and claims
Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
Meet and exceed KPIs

Requirements: Italian C1 English B2 strong communication and problem-solving skills
